Friends of the Rouge will provide the following materials to all sites. 

Cotton Work Gloves

Plastic Bags

Yard Refuse Bags

Rope

Rouge Rescue T-shirts (short-sleeved)

Registration Forms (as many as you need)

Laminated Health Advisory Sheets

Please fill out a Site Coordinator Information Sheet and an Equipment Order form and fax it to

Registration Forms

It is imperative that you utilize official Rouge Rescue 2008 registration forms.  If they need to be modified in any way, please do so only with liability waiver fully stated at the top of the sheet, the Site Name and Scheduled Times.  Thank  you.

Health Advisory

Each site must have Health Advisory sheets available for all volunteers to review.
