Information for Current Surveyors

Thank you for signing up to survey in 2008!

The OBSERVATION LOG is filled out every time you visit your site and can include all of your observations for the ENTIRE SURVEY. It is due by August 15, 2008. It can be e-mailed to monitoring@therouge.org, mailed to Friends of the Rouge Frog & Toad Survey/4901 Evergreen Road 220 ASC/Dearborn, MI 48128 or faxed to (313)593-0231.

The VOLUNTEER TRACKING LOG is for tracking ALL of the time you contribute to the survey, including learning the calls, studying the manual, travel to your site, time spend searching your site for good survey points, surveying, etc. All of your team members' time can be included on one form. PLEASE REMEMBER TO HAVE ALL TEAM MEMBERS SIGN THE FORM. This form must be faxed to (313)593-0231 or mailed to the Friends of the Rouge Frog and Toad Survey/4901 Evergreen Road 220 ASC/Dearborn, MI 48128 since it must be signed.
